# Madre Grande Monastery

> Madre Grande Monastery is a religious, monastic, healing, and teaching order. We are located on 264 acres of boulder-strewn land in rural southeast San Diego. We host monthly sweat lodges (not following any lineage) and quarterly events following the Solstice and Equinox schedules. We honor all spiritual and religious paths, and value connection to Self, Spirit, and our Earthly Community.
